If you can walk for an hour today, you can do this. The hikes are carefully chosen and will take your through some of the most stunning landscape in the eastern United States.
Engaging with OneWalk is the journey to mental and physical wellbeing. Our work is built around three things: the profound impact of regular + gentle movement on your physical health, the clarity that comes from immersion in Nature, and OneWalk’s Six Tools for self coaching that are at the core of everything we do.
All three combined will enable you to independently respond to unaligned areas of life or calls to create what’s in you that’s waiting to be born.

From more than 300 tools studied across four years of spiritual psychology, two years of mindfulness training, and two years of life coaching certification, OneWalk founder Shawn Richardson selected the Six Tools she considers the most powerful tools that you can use to guide yourself through any transformative work.
Together, we will learn how you can use OneWalk Six Tools to respond to awarenesses that arise when you immerse yourself in walking. Together, we move through the resistance and empower ourselves.

Explore Charming Asheville
Asheville, North Carolina sits tucked in the Blue Ridge Mountains — a small city with a vibrant culture and a nationally acclaimed dining scene locals call a "foodtopia."
Evenings are free time. Relax and reflect, or explore downtown Asheville's eclectic mix of farm-to-table, Appalachian-rooted, and globally inspired restaurants — all within walking distance. The food here is worth the trip on its own. Dress is nice casual.
