The Six Tools
This isn’t about fixing yourself. You are not broken.
This is about returning to the wisdom already inside you and learning how to live from it.
When awareness alone is not enough, the Six Tools are the practice that helps you work with what your soul reveals. They help you move from insight to integration,. From knowing something is off to lovingly doing something about it.
They are practical, grounded, and deeply personal. You can use them on the trail, in your relationships, in your work, in your family, in your body, and in the private places where you are finally ready to tell yourself the truth.
The six tools help you pause, listen, name what is real, meet yourself with love, choose from alignment, and take the next honest step.
The Six Tools we use are:
1. CTFAR self-coaching model (Brooke Castillo)
2. Inquiry (Byron Katie)
3. Moving from victim to empowered (Tony Robbins)
4. Gestalt Therapy (Fritz Perls)
5. Living in Flow (Shawn Richardson)
6. Meditation (Buddha)
You will learn the tools by working with them and experiencing their power.
The course meets weekly on zoom for 6 weeks.
